In this Privacy Policy, HomeShare Tours will be referred to by the words "we", "us" and "our", you, the user will be referred to by the words "you" and "yours", and our Web sites, products and services will collectively be referred to as the "Service".

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect your personal information on the Service, how we protect it, and the choices you have concerning its use. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. When you inquire or register for the Service we collect data such as your name and email address. When you purchase from us, we collect data such as your name, billing address, billing phone number, credit card number, expiration date, and email address.

We may aggregate the data that you provide to us when inquiring about or registering for the Service (referred to in this Privacy Policy as your "User Information") with the User Information of other users (referred to in this Privacy Policy as the "Aggregated Data"), subject to the following conditions: The Aggregated Data will be "sanitized," that is, modified to exclude all user-identifying information. We will have sole and exclusive right to the Aggregated Data and may use it for all purposes that we choose, including for the development of new services and for sale to third parties, subject to such limitations that may exist under law. However, we will not use the Aggregated Data in such a way as to intentionally reveal your personal identity or disclose your specific and identifiable User Information to third parties. The only profile data we will store about you is information that you have provided us.

When you are using our Service or Web site demonstrations, we may manage your visit by giving you a "cookie" when you enter. Cookies are pieces of information that Web sites transfer to your computer's hard drive for record-keeping purposes. The cookies are used to manage the session for instance, when users become idle. This makes the Service easier to use and enables the tailoring of content for you.

As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.

We use a third-party tracking service called awstats as well as a proprietary tracking system for virtual tours called TourCentral. These use log files to track non-personally identifiable information about visits to our sites and services in the aggregate. The information collected is site visits, page visits, visit duration statistics, browser types, operating system types, display characteristics, hosts, search engine types, keywords, keyphrases, and http status codes. This information is used to measure the site performance, evaluate tours performance, determine effect of marketing work, and improve the site content.

We may use independent contractors, vendors and suppliers (collectively, "Outside Contractors") to provide services and products related to the Service, such as processing payments or developing applications for the Service. Outside Contractors may have access to information collected on the Service, including your personally identifiable information, while providing products or services to us, but only as reasonably necessary to perform their limited function. We require that Outside Contractors (i) protect the privacy of your personally identifiable information consistent with this Privacy Policy, and (ii) not use or disclose your personally identifiable information for any purpose other than providing us with the products or services for which we contracted.

We reserve the right to transfer information to a third party in the event of a sale, merger or other transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of WebSites4Agents and HomeShare Tours provided that the third party agrees to follow the terms of this Privacy Policy. Users will be notified by a prominent statement posted on the Web site in this case.

We may disclose your information (including personally identifiable information) if we believe in good faith that we are required to do so in order to comply with an applicable statute, regulation, rule or law, a subpoena, a search warrant, a court or regulatory order, or other valid legal process. We may disclose personally identifiable information in special circumstances when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating any of our usage policies, or to protect the safety and/or security of our users, us or the general public.

We want your information on the Service to be as secure as possible and use industry-standard techniques to help ensure that it is. When you make a purchase using the Service, we use Secured Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We secure all of the information you provide on servers located in controlled, secure environments, protected from unauthorized access, use or alteration. Only those who need access to your information to perform a specific task or function are granted access. All our employees and Third Party Contractors must abide by this Privacy Policy and are kept up-to-date on security practices. Any employee who violates this Privacy Policy is subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination. However, you should be aware that, notwithstanding our commitment to protect your information, there is always some risk involved in transmitting information over the Internet, and there is also some risk that someone could defeat our security systems. As a result, while we try to protect the security and privacy of your information, we cannot guarantee it.

You can contact us at any time by sending email to the Privacy Agent in order to (1) update or correct your personally identifiable information, (2) change your preferences with respect to communications and other information you receive from us, or (3) cancel your account and have your personally identifiable information deleted from our systems (subject to the following paragraph), by contacting our Privacy Agent. Such updates, corrections, changes and deletions will not have an effect on other information that we maintain, or information that we have provided to third-parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy prior to such update, correction, change or deletion. Upon termination of the Services we will return or destroy, at our discretion, your User Information; but we will continue to own all rights to the Aggregated Data and will not be required to remove your sanitized User Information from our databases.

You should be aware that it may not be technically possible to remove all copies of your information from our system. The need to back up our systems to protect information from inadvertent loss means that copies of your personally identifiable information may exist in a non-erasable form that will be difficult or impossible for us to locate. We promise that promptly after receiving your request, all personally identifiable information stored in databases we actively use and other readily searchable media will be updated, corrected, changed or deleted, as appropriate, as soon as and to the extent reasonably practicable.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, accessible via our homepage privacy policy link, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, and by means of a notice on our home page.
